Public Transportation by Bus:
Bus – The easiest public transportation to reach us is by bus. Take the Q69 bus to Ditmars Boulevard and 42nd Street. On 42nd Street walk one block south to 23rd Avenue, make a right, cross over 41st Street and look for 40-11 on your right. If you’ve reached Steinway Street then you’ve gone too far.
This is the best option for those coming from Manhattan. You can catch the Q101 at East 60th street and 2nd Avenue. Can also be taken from Queens Plaza. Take the Q101 bus to Steinway Street and 23rd Avenue. Walk East along 23rd Avenue and look for 40-11 on your left. If you get to the corner at 41st Street you’ve gone too far.
Public Transportation by Subway:
Subway – From Manhattan, Brooklyn, Forest Hills the most convenient way is to take either the R or M line to Steinway Street. Stay on the eastern side of the street and take the Q101 bus via Steinway Street to Steinway Street/23rd Avenue (not 23rd Road).
Proceed East along 23rd Avenue, the building 40-11 will be on your left. If you get to the corner at 41st Street you’ve gone too far.
Other Subway Route – This requires a long 8 block walk. N or Q train to Ditmars Boulevard (last stop). Travel towards the rear of the train so you exit closer to 23rd Avenue. Walk East along 23rd Avenue about 8 blocks. Cross over Steinway Street and look for 40-11 on your left. If you reach 41st Street you have gone too far.
